Internationales Projektmanagement
Grenzübergreifende Organisation ist sehr zeitintensiv und folgt eigenen Regeln. Weil die regelmäßige face-to-face-Kommunikation fehlt, entstehen viele Probleme - und fast noch schlimmer: Viele davon werden zu spät wahrgenommen. Zeitverschiebung und ein Schwerpunkt auf elektronischer Kommunikation erschweren die Arbeit. Doch mit Projekt-Management-Software "in the cloud" und der Fähigkeit, mit Menschen aus fremden Kulturen auch übers Internet effizient kommunizieren zu können, lassen sich die Schwierigkeiten beseitigen.
Ergänzung Ihrer Events
Wenn Sie selbst internationale Events veranstalten, bieten wir Ihnen gerne unsere Hilfe an. Vielleicht möchten Sie die Teilnehmer ja mit einem interkulturellen Team-Building Programm einstimmen. Oder Sie benötigen Hilfe bei der Betreuung wichtiger ausländischer Gäste, die sich in ungewohnter Umgebung wohlfühlen sollen.

we would like to invite you to our International Competitive Epee Camp from 21st to 27th of June 2010 at the Olympic Training Center Tauberbischofsheim.
Program
- Daily Practice Sessions
- Private Lessons
- Personalized Video Analysis
- Theory Sessions and Presentations with focus on International Competitions
- One local tournament trip
Requirements for Participation
The program is designed to be a high performance camp for international or prospective international competitors. The camp is limited to 30 participants. Previous experience in a national B-Grade event is required (Junior or Veteran/Senior/Div1 in the US; Qu-B or Nationals in Germany; Circuit National in France; comparable tournaments in all other countries).
The first 20 participants to register will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The last 10 spots are performance based if the total number of registrants exceeds 30.
In addition, all participants must have:
I. NGB Membership
Participants are required to have current and valid membership in a National Governing Body for Fencing, such as the USFA in the United States or the D.Fe.B. in Germany. A current and valid FIE license is recommended.
II. Insurance
Participants are required to have health insurance coverage and liability insurance coverage valid in Germany. Please contact us if you need help obtaining those.
III. Medical Clearance
Each participant should get a physical check up with their physician to verify they are in good health and prepared to participate in strenuous athletic activities.

Registration Fee
The Registration fee is €900 for Adults (18 and older) and €1100 for accepted minors. For late registration, an extra fee of €150 is added.
Fees include:
- Housing at the Olympic Training Center. Typically double rooms shared with another fencer
- Full Board (3 Meals per day). This excludes the day of the Competition Trip.
- Participation in all offered training activities
